Natalie baszile
Director & Producer
Natalie Baszile is a writer and filmmaker. Her novel, “Friends and Family,” follows her nonfiction book, “We Are Each Other’s Harvest,” and her first book, “Queen Sugar,” which was adapted for television by Ava DuVernay and Oprah Winfrey. Natalie co-directed the documentary, Harvest, which premiered at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival.
Hyacinth Parker
Director & Producer
Hyacinth Parker is a director, writer, and producer known for human-centric storytelling exploring unusual people in unexpected places. She has worked with notable directors on series including Netflix's With Love, Meghan, and ID / Max's The Fall of Diddy. Co-director of the feature documentary Harvest, she has earned support and fellowships from institutions including the Ford Foundation, Chicken & Egg Pictures, SFFILM, and Film Independent.

Producer
Trevite A. Willis is Head of Production at Best Yet Entertainment and founder of Southern Fried Filmworks and Festival. With 20+ credits over two decades, her work includes “Harvest,” Cannes winner "The President's Cake", Sundance hit “The Forty-Year-Old Version,” and Broadway's revival of “The Wiz.”
